Idiyanale Cup
Idiyanale Cup
Idiyanale: EE-dee-yeh-NAH-leh
Named after the pre-colonial goddess of labor and good deeds from the Luzon region of the Philippines, these drinking vessels are imbued with the same celebration of the female form as their planter cousin. Every vessel is made with stoneware clay, glazed with either a dynamic patina-green glaze that can range from matte to high-gloss depending on how the glaze runs and pools or a delicate gauzy parchment glaze that gently envelopes the dark clay beneath it. Each cup holds approximately 15 fl. oz.
